The Lundar Agricultural Society is a non-profit organization, made up of directors and many volunteers. This year the Lundar Agricultural Society is hosts its 57th fair. The fair is traditionally held on the second full weekend in June.
The Lundar Ag Society decided to showcase a featured culture each year at the fair. This year we are pleased to host the Icelandic Culture.
Our fair annually hosts the Miss Interlake Pageant, Baby Show, livestock, horse, craft exhibits, plants & flowers, clothing, knitting, baking, school work and more. There is free grandstand entertainment, parade, concession, an indoor and outdoor trade shows. Saturn Show will be back again with rides.
The Lundar Agricultural Society would like to thank all the volunteers that help organize and set-up for the fair. Also to the volunteers that help at the gates and concession.
The fair would not be a sucess without all the volunteers support. It's greatly appreciated! To be a volunteer, Please call a director today!
The Lundar Agricultural Society cordially invites you to attend the 57th annual Lundar Fair and Exhibition.
Despite entering the seventh year since BSE and the down ward spiral in the economy, the Lundar Agricultural Society has worked hard to bring some new events to the fair. We are very excited to include the Icelandic Cultural Display, Bucking Bull Ride, Home and Hobby Show and a Saturday night concert with Canadian national champion Elvis impersenator Daylin James.
The Lundar Agricultural Society proudly displays agriculture and the rural lifestyle of our community and region. It has been a great challenge the past few years for the businesses and farmers in the rural areas. We recognize these hardships and greatly appreciate all the support, donations and countless volunteers that help to make the fair successful.
We welcome you and your family and friends to come and meet, visit and participate in the fair. Come and enjoy the weeekend with us!
